Quick Backstory: I grew up in a home shaped by divorce, emotional instability, and disconnection. I learned early what happens when love is unspoken, when needs go unmet, when resentment replaces intimacy.
 
For years, I carried those patterns into my own relationships; settling, over-giving, performing, abandoning myself to be chosen...
 
Healing for me didn’t come from trying harder...
It came from learning how to love myself.
To rebuild trust with my own heart.
To soften back into my feminine.
To feel safe simply being me.

 

And when I did... I attracted my husband.

We’ve been together for over 7 years...

and from the beginning we weren’t just dating... we were building a partnership. Yes, we fell in love fast (when you know, you know), but what has sustained us is the depth of who we were becoming together.

During our 7 years together we've:
Traveled full-time with two suitcases, lived in multiple countries, built and scaled 3 companies side-by-side, navigated Jeff’s serious health challenges, been pulled off planes, crossed paths with the cartel, made a lot of money, lost it, rebuilt it, created magic, fought, laughed, healed, and chosen each other again and again...

Through all of it, our relationship hasn’t just survived...it has gotten stronger, deeper, healthier, and more passionate.

Not because it was effortless...
but because it was intentional.
